Charlie has supported many renowned artists such as Roy Ayers, Femi Kuti, Parliament, Mos Def, Common, MF Doom, KRS I, Aloe Blacc, Mayer Hawthorne, Horse Meat Disco, Joey Negro, Kurtis Blow, Basement Jaxx, Groove Armada, Norman Jay, Mr. Scruff, Ghostface Killah, Amp Fiddler, Cut Chemist, De La Soul, Gilles Peterson, Fat Freddy’s Drop, Erykah Badu, Q-Tip, The Pharcyde, and many more.

Founder of the beloved Dancing in Space club night in Perth, Charlie strives to bring the funk to his hometown of Perth, Australia, and beyond. Having played shows in England, France, Spain, Portugal, Scotland, and the United States, Charlie is a well-traveled and versatile DJ who can adapt to his surroundings and always deliver.

In 2018, Charlie released an EP of disco edits under the name Dancing in Space Edits. Not only did the record sell out within a month, but it also received spins from Mr. Scruff, Nick the Record, CC:DISCO!, and Marcel Vogel.
