Hailing from the serene town of Halls Creek in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, Rhys Bedford’s musical odyssey commenced in 2017. Relocating from his hometown to Adelaide, South Australia, he immersed himself in the world of music, pursuing a Diploma of Music. Subsequently, Rhys returned to Perth, where he is presently engrossed in a Bachelor of Music program at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.

Favourite memory at a gig

Early in my musical career (2017) I played solo at a winery in the Barossa (SA) as part of the Sea and Vines Festival for a full day. The final set of the day was the most crowded with people singing along to every song I played. I felt like I was Ed Sheeran!
