Originally hailing from Saskatchewan Canada, Max has been a working DJ in the Perth Club scene since 1999 with first residency playing vinyl at the legendary Frostbites Nightclub. Predominantly known for being a house music DJ but also enjoys playing other genres such as techno, tech-house and breaks. Max has performed at a host of events and music festivals over the years supporting local and international DJs.

Some highlights include: 2 x Ministry of Sound events, The Two Tribes Festival in 2005, support for international DJs such as The Prodigy, Thievery Corporation, DJ Sneak, Junior Sanchez, Kaskade, Dave Seaman and the legendary Dave Lee (Joey Negro). Held residencies at Box Deli in Perth CBD 2003-2005, and hosted nights and regular guest spots at Ambar Nightclub, Sapphire Bar and Geisha Bar between 2004-2006.

His DJ career changed direction in 2008 with a renewed focus on Corporate Functions, Weddings and Special Events. Highlights including DJing at the Qantas National Awards Night in 2010, DJ for the 2018 Annual Butterfly Ball hosted by Adrian Barich, DJ for the Swan Valley Awards night in 2019 and have played for the National Chemist Warehouse end of year staff party 8 years in a row including 2024.
Max has also become an accomplished MC during this time and will gladly take on the MC duties at a Wedding or event covering all formalities with professionalism, humour, personality and poise.

He now specialises as a DJ/Event Host & MC for Weddings, Corporate Functions and Special Events in Perth and throughout WA with quality attention to detail for your music and MC requirements.
