Passionate about live music and curating a fulfilling musical experience for all those listening, Liyana is one of Perth’s leading vocalists in the corporate, wedding and local scene. Upon graduating from a music theatre scholarship at high school John Curtin College of the Arts, she successfully gained entrance into the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in 2010 to complete a Certificate II in Music Theatre and Bachelor of Music specialising in Contemporary Voice. After spending 4 years being taught by the nation’s leading artists and honing her craft, she has taken the world by storm. With over 10 years of professional experience, she is an expert in her craft and well-known in the events industry as having mastered the magic of elevating events with her enriching entertainment.

Liyana’s natural tone, extraordinary range and artistic agility combined with her warmth and energetic vibrancy is what makes her one of Perth’s most renowned vocalists. Her repertoire extends to over 430 songs across a huge range of genres including Pop, Rock, Funk, Soul, R&B, Motown, Country, Jazz and more. Her work ethic, personality, character and talent lead her to being highly successful in corporate, wedding and private functions, performing at prominent venues such as The Crown, Pan Pacific Hotel, The Ritz Carlton, and QT Hotel.

For the past 10 years she has sung the Australian National Anthem at events such as Australia Day with the Perth Concert Band, Perth Wildcats, and for all Murdoch University events at RAC arena and on campus. Liyana’s voice has taken her internationally with success in Singapore and Malaysia where she has performed for Malaysian royalty and sung the theme song for TV series “Menanti Syawal”. In the local scene, she maintains long term residencies and performs in a range of venues such as Universal Bar, Benny’s Bar & Cafe, and Ellington Jazz Club. Liyana is a vocal sensation that continually captivates her audiences.
