Namara (Kade McNamara) began his DJ and Producer career with aspirations to be one of the biggest names in the Aussie scene. Since beginning his career, he has become one of the few house/electronic producers in Perth with a monthly average of over 7,000 monthly listeners on Spotify with tracks such as “Can’t You See”, “Back To The Basics” and “What Came Before”. In the summer of 2019 Namara debuted his tracks in front of his first festival crowd at Ice Cream Factory. Since then Namara has played all across Perth at both clubs and festivals events which has enabled him to establish a name for himself as a House and Party DJ. Namara has also supported Australian radio and festival artists such as Cut Snake, Young Franco, SlumberJack and Crooked Colours. Even with the Covid-19 pandemic Namara has managed to play headline main stage and silent disco slots in 2020 at sold-out ticketed events such as Snack NYE Festival, Castaway Music Festival, The Old Synagogue Block Party NYD, The Racquet Club, Colada Day Club, Day Break Club, and Moves. He has gained a following on Spotify of 2400 people with over 350,000 streams. In 2020 Namara had 75,000 listeners and plans on releasing new electronic music that is set to go big in 2021. With plenty of experience behind him in a range of gigs, Namara plans to expand his career in both the fields of Production and DJing in 2021 and beyond.
